Kumar Mangat is known to be a very hard working man and this shows by his future releases. The three films of release include a comic thriller Sunday, a love story U, Me Aur Hum, and a teenager love story Haal-E-Dil. The three films are collaborated with different companies and people, which include Eros for the film Sunday, Ajay Devgan as a co-producer for U, Me Aur Hum and Amita Mangat his daughter starring in the film Haal-E-Dil.
Director Rajkumar Santoshi-Ajay Devgan combo has always impressed the critics, the National Award jury and of course the fans of intelligent cinema. So public is expecting a lot from their upcoming Friday release, HALLA BOL, which sure looks quite promising. “It is a good film, which discusses important social issues. It has all the elements to entertain the viewers,” Santoshi told reporters Ajay Devgan, who is playing the lead role in the film, added: “Through our film we have tried to urge people to raise their voice against injustice. I hope it leaves an impact and people like it.” The film is based on the late Safdar Hashmi, who was killed by political goons while trying to stage the street play “Halla Bol” in Delhi in 1989. And to promote the film, the stars of this film are busy doing street pays in different places of the country.
This time actress Kareena Kapoor is going to play an interesting role in the sequel to Rohit Shetty’s successful comedy flick, GOLMAAL - FUN UNLIMITED, aptly titled GOLMAAL RETURNS. Ajay Devgan will be seen paired opposite kareena Kapoor after their previous film, Omkara released in 2006. Amongst the rest of the multi-starrer cast, actress Amrita Arora will be seen opposite Arshad Warsi while Celina Jaitley and Anjana Sukhani opposite Shreyas Tarpade and Tusshar Kapoor respectively. Kareena will be the playing the role of Ajay Devgan’s wife, in the sequel to GOLMAAL -FUN UNLIMITED and plays a ’saas-bahu’ serial addict. Tusshar Kapoor, who continues his mute act from the prequel, will be seen playing a struggling mute barber. Jaitley will be playing a half-Indian, half-Afghani Christian-Muslim traditional Tamilian housewife while Arora will be playing Devgan’s sister.
