360 degree feedback
I work as a supervisor and I have a team of 10 people who work under me, it is my job to see they perform well and help them in every way. It is also important to have one to one’s every month, but with the busy work schedule and the amount of workers it is difficult to get everyone to have their one to one done every month. One of my colleagues told me about 360 degree feedback, he told me that this is one of the best forms of one to one’s, as it is more professional, saves a lot of time and is very confidential. I visited their site which explained how the program works and what is the outcome of it, and I found it was perfect. The whole company now use this tool to assess their staff and is working perfectly.
