The extreme sadness depicted through the music
There is one Ghazal sung by Jagjeet Singh in which his mood is depicted to be very sad and hopeless and does not expect anything good to happen or anyone coming to him or his place. It says “Kaun Aaega Yahan , Koi Na Aaya Hoga…, Mera Darwaza Havaon Ne Hilaya Hoga…”What I liked in this song is the symbolism of a butterfly sitting on a flower and the storms that can uproot the big trees cannot throw the butterfly down from the flower, symbolizing the relation between the bad times and the struggle of a man to overcome them.
