Non-violence

Filed under: General — Desibaba @ 9:16 am

Gandhiji was a real life practioner of non-violence. For him it was a way of life and not a matter of policy, but he had a real faith in it. He was having a staunch belief that non-violence is the only one single principle, which if followed by everyone would end all the sufferings of people at large. He proved it not by merely preaching but by actually practicing it throughout his life. It was due to Gandhi’s non-violence that India got her freedom after about 300 years of British Rule. It was his only weapon against the colonial power of the British. It was this golden principle, which made him the most respected personality for almost every Indian.
