Yukta Mookhey’s fitness regime
Yukta Mookhey ruled the world when she became Miss India but she could not do much at the box office. But she still holds a healthy fitness regime to be in the race. Yukta believes in Yoga. She does yoga on alternate days to keep her weight in control and fight stress. Her yoga regime is to tone the abs, hips and arms. Earlier Yukta preferred to go to gym but after she was diagnosed thyroid she switched on to yoga and is completely relieved of it. She starts with Surya Namashkar and does specific ahsans for different body parts.
