Ajay Devgan and Rajkumar Santoshi combo Fans are counting the days to the release of their next venture, Halla Bol, which is just a week away. Halla Bol is produced by Abdol Samee Siddiqui under the banner of Sunrise Pictures Pvt Ltd. and directed / scripted by Raj Kumar Santoshi. Halla Bol is a lavishly mounted project and has a budget of 25-crores. In this movie Vidya Balan’s screen presence is lesser but her character is very strong. So talking about her role in this movie she says “I am the catalyst who changes the tide of events and mindset of Ajay and people around him in the film. I thoroughly enjoyed the making of Halla Bol. I got the chance to work with the veterans. Just watching Pankaj ji and Raj ji in action was a treat. And Ajay makes every scene look too simple.” This much awaited Ajay Devgan, Vidya Balan and Pankaj Kapoor starrer, Halla Bol, is all set to release with E Niwas’s My Name is Anthony Gonsalves, on Januaray 11.
Vidya Balan has shown her talent in Priyadarshan’s film Bhulbhuliya. She has played a character of Manjulika in Bhulbhuliya which was really a challenge for her and she accepted this challenge and proves her talent. But she is thankful to Priyadarshan who trusted her talent. Priyadarshan had offered this role to Aishwarya Rai but she was not interested. In Malayalam version, this role was played by South Indian actress Shobhna and in Tamil version Jyotika has rocked the theater by playing this strong role. Vidya’s upcoming movies are Delhi 6, Luck Charm, and Hulla Bol in which Vidya will show her magic.
Vidya Balan met Kareena Kapoor’s ex boyfriend Shahid Kapoor during the shooting of film Kismat Connection in Canada. Shahid thinks that being a good actress she is also a good human being. But we should not think anything wrong about their relationship. Kareena left Shahid but she is seen with Amrita’s ex husband Saif Ali Khan in grand finale of Lakme Fashion Week and they have seen together during the shooting of Tashan in Rajesthan’s Jaselmer and Keral. Now Shahid and Kareena are not together but their last film Jab We Met is rocking in box office.

At last Anurag Kashyep has to change the script for Ayesha Takiya. Ayesha is doing a double role in this film one is of John’s wife and another is of John’s secretary. Ayesha also have a problem in dresses wearing by secretary, Anurag Kashyep also have to make changes in dresses. After all thanks to Ayesha that at least there is one actress who follows her rules.
Hey Vidya Balan got a new look, yes she had a brand new sporting haircut these days and she also losses her weight. She was in Toronto for 2 months and there she used to plug her iPod and go for a walk, which really help her to shape up. ‘Cheeni Kum’ might have been accepted by audiences with mixed reactions but its director R. Balki is all excited about his next movie ‘Pa’ with same producer Sunil Manchanda. ‘Pa’ is ready to go on the floors in due time and features Amitabh and Abhishek Bachchan. It is a very light comedy film portraying the relationship between a father and son.
Although Balki had thought of casting Aishwarya Rai in the film earlier, news has come in that Vidya Balan may step in the project instead of Rai.
‘Pa’ will have musical notes from Ilaiyaraaja, who is being appreciated for his work in ‘Cheeni Kum’.
