Last we heard that he will be doing and important role in Karan Johar’s Dostana opposite Abhishek Bachchan and Priyanka Chopra. Now we hear that he has been recommended by his Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal’s producers to none other than David Dhawan. David had zeroed on Sanjay Dutt and Siddharth for the role but they could not give dates to David for the film. So David went and finalized John for the role. This movie will be written by Rensil D’silva who also wrote Rang De Basanti.

Although some people will think that remakes are no good, but will be eager to see how different it has been made and would like to compare it.
