The shootings in Europe

Friday, June 29th, 2007

This has become a trend in Bollywood to shoot the maximum part of a film if possible in the Europe. It is a good idea to in the sense that we are able to see the world’s most beautiful landscapes without actually visiting Europe. The films are thus a source of visiting places of the world without actually going there. This is thus a welcome move by the filmmakers. The films shot in Europe appear to be having a different and fresh look. People love to see foreign locations in the films so that they can see the places of the world by going in the theatre in their own towns.

The dance factor

Friday, June 29th, 2007

There has been a changing demand of the Bollywood in respect of dances. There were times when the heroes just walked during the songs. There was the time of the great Shammi Kapoor whose typical style was simply different. Then Shashi Kapoor and Amitabh came with their own specific styles of dancing. Later on it was the time of Mithun Chakraborty who had a style known as Disco Dance. He was loved for his dance in the industry. Later on the trend was carried forth by Govinda. Now we don’t have any specific dance but what now goes well is a fusion of many styles.

The hot locations

Friday, June 29th, 2007

The Bollywood producers and directors are in search of new and varied locations for shooting their stuff for the movies. They explore a variety of places all over the world and many a times they prefer to go to the desert locations as per the requirement of the scenes. I like the desert scenes in movies. In real life it is very difficult to live in a hot desert place but the sand dunes appear to be very beautiful on the silver screen. Sometimes only a song in a movie may be shot in a desert area making it a scene of a good change in the mood of the movie as a whole.

The Punjabi singer Hans Raj Hans also sang a song for this film and this song was a great hit. The song is Dil Tote Tote Ho Gaya.

A great hero of the Bollywood

Friday, June 29th, 2007

The most liked Bollywood hero in my opinion is Sanjay Dutt. His personality is of a real big man. His muscle power is second to none on the silver screen. His films are always welcomed by the people. When his film gets released the fans rush in to se it first. The hero has played a wide range of roles. His works have everything from action to the comedy. He has been successful in all kinds of roles. What I like most in his personality is his shy nature off the screen.

There is one actor in the Bollywood who is the real stuff, the great Nana Patekar. His acting is a real serious business. He does not take the roles lightly but tries to perform all his roles with intensity. His typical style is famous allover the world. I like his power packed scenes of a very different nature than any of the other actors in the Film Industry in India.
